Here on the internet I go by Atlas, but my formal name is Lucas. I use they/them in English and él (he/him) in Spanish. I am 19 years old and currently living in my homestate of Sinaloa, Mexico. My timezone is UTC-7:00, so keep this in mind if you want to contact me!

My mother tongue is Spanish, but I am very fluent in English (B2 Cambridge certified) and know some French. I'm currently studying Multimedia Design and Art in the School of Design and Visual Arts of my state.I love animation and character design, and wish to work under those ambits. I have a personal passion project going on called International Anthology, which is a combination of all of my major interests!

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. DO'S AND DONT'S

✱ I have every right to decline any commission work I may feel uncomfortable doing. Please be aware of what you're asking for!
✱ 0 tolerance on hate speech, taboo topics, scams and fetish mining. You will be blocked and blacklisted.
✱ No explicit NSFW. Suggestive art, Artistic Nudity and Fantasy Violence or Light Gore are OK though.

2. WORK AND PAYMENT

✱ Payment can be done via Ko-Fi Commissions tab, Ko-Fi donations or with Paypal using an invoice, depending on what kind of commission you want.
✱ In the case of the last option, the invoice will be sent to your email after it's done, with a deadline of 3 days for payment.
✱ Work can be revised or changed during the early drafts until the final sketch. Afterwards, I'd charge extra for it, so be VERY sure of what you want!
✱ I will need a visual reference of the character as I don't do well with extensive, detailed descriptions, but it doesn't have to be a full fledged reference! even a small, simple drawing or stock image collage with easy to understand descriptions will be very helpful for me. Use of GenAI is strictly prohibited and that includes written prompts from ChatGPT.
✱ If you ask for a background, it must be simple and abstract, no scenery.

3. TIME AND USE

✱ Time I spent on your work will depend on my mental health, school workload and the complexity of the commission itself. It would take from less than a day up to a month or two, if I don't complete your commission within that time frame please ask for a refund if I haven't yet.
✱ The work will be for personal use ONLY. To clarify, you can edit, repost and use my work as your social media profile picture or banner, as a tattoo, or similar, but you CANNOT use it for commercial purposes. If you repost, please credit me for it! USE OF MY ARTWORK TO FEED GENERATIVE AI OR TO SELL NFTs IS PROHIBITED, if I find out you did I'll blacklist you.
✱ I still have rights of the piece after its completion. It will be posted on my social media for exposure of my work, to showcase as example pieces here and as part of my portfolio. Please tell me if you don't want your commission posted for whatever reason!
