1. DO'S AND DONT'S

✱ I have every right to decline any commission work I may feel uncomfortable doing. Please be aware of what you're asking for!
✱ 0 tolerance on hate speech, taboo topics, scams and fetish mining.
✱ No explicit NSFW. Suggestive art, Artistic Nudity and Fantasy Violence or Light Gore are OK though.
✱ When it comes to my OC project International Anthology, anything that's about self-shipping or self-inserts are out of the question. Thank you for understanding.

2. WORK AND PAYMENT

✱ Payment can be done via Ko-Fi Commissions tab, Ko-Fi donations or with Paypal using an invoice, depending on what kind of commission you want.
✱ In the case of the last option, the invoice will be sent to your email.
✱ Payment is upfront for every commission, meaning you will send your payment after agreeing on it before I start on it. I won't do anything otherwise.
✱ You can revise or change any details about the artwork during the early drafts until the final sketch. Afterwards, I'd charge extra for it, so be VERY sure of what you want before I jump to the lineart!
✱ I will need a visual reference of the character as I don't do well with extensive, detailed descriptions, but it doesn't have to be a full fledged reference! even a small, simple drawing or stock image collage with easy to understand descriptions will be very helpful for me.
✱ If you ask for a background, it will be simple and/or abstract.

3. TIME AND USE

✱ Time I spent on your work will depend on my mental health, school workload and the complexity of the commission itself. It would take from less than a day up to a month or two, and afterwards the original file will be sent through your contact (mail, Discord, etc) if I don't complete or send your commission within that time frame please let me know, or in more drastic cases ask for a refund if I haven't done so yet.
✱ The work will be for personal use ONLY. To clarify, you can edit, repost and use my work as your social media profile picture or banner, as a tattoo, or similar, but you CANNOT use it for commercial purposes. If you repost, please credit me for it! And don't use my artwork to feed Generative AI, please.
✱ I still have rights of the piece after its completion. It will be posted on my social media for exposure of my work, to showcase as example pieces here and as part of my portfolio. Please tell me if you don't want your commission posted for whatever reason!

1. LOS SI Y NO

✱ Tengo todo el derecho de rechazar cualquier trabajo de comisión que me termine incomodando. ¡Ten conciencia de lo que me pidas hacer porfavor!
✱ 0 tolerancia en mensajes de odio, tópicos tabú, estafas y fetish mining.
✱ NO NSFW explicito. Arte (sensualmente) sugerente, Desnudos artísticos y Gore o Violencia a un nivel leve están permitidos.

✱ Debido a una mala experiencia, en cualquier pedido que se trate de mis propios OCs, no se permitira cosas del tipo self-ship o self-insert. Gracias por entender.

2. TRABAJO Y PAGO

✱ El pago se puede hacer mediante la sección de comisiones en Ko-Fi, por pago a donación en Ko-Fi o por Paypal usando un formato de pago, dependiendo del tipo de comisión que quieras.
✱ En caso de la ultima opción, el formato de pago sera enviado a tu correo.
✱ El pago será por adelantado para cualquier comisión, osea que mandaras tu pago después de haber acordado sobre la comisión y antes de que comienze a hacerla. De otro modo no haré nada.
✱ Puedes revisar o cambiar cualquier detalle sobre el trabajo durante los primeros bosquejos hasta el sketch final. Después, te cobraría más por ello, ¡Así que asegura MUY bien que es lo que realmente quieres antes de que haga el lineart!
✱ Necesitare referencias visuales del personaje, ya que no soy muy bueno entendiendo descripciones largas, detalladas y extensas, pero no tiene que ser una referencia completa! con que sea un simple dibujo o hasta un collage con imagenes de stock con descripciones simples y fáciles de entender me ayudaría mucho.
✱ En caso de que pidas una ilustración con fondo, este sera simple o abstracto.

3. TIEMPO Y USO

✱ El tiempo en que me dedique en hacer tu ilustración dependerá de mi salud mental, trabajo escolar pendiente y la complejidad de la comisión. Podré tardarme entre menos de un día a un mes o dos. Además de eso el archivo original a alta calidad será enviado por medio de tu contacto (correo, Discord, etc). Si no finalizo o envio tu comisión durante ese tiempo porfavor avisame, o en casos más drásticos, pídeme un reembolso si no te lo he hecho.
✱ El trabajo será solamente de uso personal. Para ser mas claro, puedes editar, repostear y usar my trabajo como la foto de perfil de tu red social, como un tatuaje, y asuntos similares, pero NO puedes usarlo con fines comerciales. Si reposteas mi trabajo, ¡dame créditos! Y no uses mi trabajo para alimentar las IA generativas, porfavor.
✱ Tengo todos los derechos de la ilustración después de su finalización. Será compartido en mis redes sociales para exponer mi trabajo y formará parte de mi portafolio. ¡Porfavor, aclárame si no quieres que tu trabajo sea compartido por cualquier razón!
